Estate Planning Seminars
The Northwest Baptist Foundation periodically holds seminars for Northwest Baptist churches and their members. Sometimes these seminars are designed for participation by many churches at the same time. At other times, the seminar is held at your church for the benefit of your church, your members, and your community. Examples of Foundation seminars are:

Financial Planning – The financial health of your church is in many ways dependent on the financial health of your congregation. This seminar is designed to provide useful tools and information related to personal finance – budgeting, record keeping, investing, planning for retirement, planning for education, managing and eliminating debt, and income taxes.

Wills and Trusts – This seminar is designed to provide the participants with basic estate planning opportunities including wills, power of attorneys, health care directives, living trusts and opportunities for charitable giving.

Church Building Construction and Financing – This seminar done in cooperation with the Northwest Baptist Convention is designed to provide valuable information to any church that is considering construction of new facilities for worship, education or other church related needs. Representatives from Lifeway Christian Resources and the North American Mission Board also participate in this conference to provide guidance on matters related in design, project management, financing, and planning for new or expanded facilities.

Church Legal, Tax, and Financial Matters – This seminar is designed to update and educate church leaders on the various legal, tax, and financial matters in which churches must be aware in today’s world.
