Clint Overall

President/Attorney

​

Clint Overall joined the Foundation in June 1998 and became President in 2015. Clint received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College in Idaho. He received his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from the University of Idaho and was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 1995. Prior to joining the Foundation, Clint worked for Idaho Legal Aid Services and the U.S. Forest Service.

Jessica Adams

Chief Financial Officer

Jessica Adams joined the Foundation in February 2019. She is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Professional Accountancy. She has been a licensed certified public accountant since December 2015, first in Oklahoma and transferring to Oregon in 2017. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jessica worked in public accounting for five years, serving primarily not-for-profit clients.

Ashley Seuell

House Counsel

(not yet admitted in Washington;

Ashley Seuell joined the Foundation in February 2013 to work on trust administration and more recently has been asked to become house counsel. Ashley is a graduate of Auburn University, the University of Alabama School of Law, and Gateway Seminary. She was an attorney with the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski in Washington DC, having been admitted to practice law in Washington DC and Alabama. Until the house counsel process in Washington is completed, Ashley continues to serve as an authorized officer of the Foundation.

Criseda Yaw

Trust Officer

Cris joined the Foundation in June 2008. She comes to the Foundation from the Northwest Baptist Convention where she had served as the Church Growth Team Assistant since August, 2005. Cris currently holds a BS degree from Oregon State University and a MS degree in Family Financial Planning from Oklahoma State University.

Robin Smith

Accountant

 

Robin joined the Foundation in 1997 as part-time Accountant. Previously she was Branch Operations Manager at AccuBanc Mortgage Corporation in Portland, Oregon where she had worked for eleven years. Robin graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree; a major in Business Administration and a minor in Economics.

Heather Appleby

Office Manager

​

Heather joined the Foundation in June 2014. She came to us from the Puget Sound Baptist Association as an Office Manager. Heather has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology and previous employment as a Law Enforcement Officer and a Legal Assistant. She supports the Foundation through the position of Office Manager.

Jennifer Logue

Public Relations/Admin. Assistant

​

Jennifer joined the Foundation in January of 2021. She comes to the Foundation from the Northwest Baptist Convention where she served for 20 years as Receptionist then Graphic Designer. Jennifer graduated from George Fox University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership.
